Appnovation Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic co-op student to work alongside the best and brightest minds in the technology industry today. As a member of our team, you will be reporting to the Associate, Business Development and working closely with members across our global organization.
  • Support Corporate ERP system, business systems and internal operating procedures.
  • Evaluate impacts to ERP system to ensure minimal risk to the organization.
  • Coordinate Sales team by managing schedules, reviewing contracts and communicating relevant information.      
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Monitor customer relationship management (CRM) system, data clean up, policies and controls in order to ensure data accuracy, security, legal, as well as regulatory compliance.
  • Review qualified opportunities, new prospects, dashboards, and reports in CRM.
  • Assist in creating of process improvement documents and training modules for the Sales team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently without significant supervision.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and on occasion meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with learning to use or working with the following applications (i.e. BlueJeans and SLACK).
  • Highly adaptable to new technology and software platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong analytical skills in identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies within available information.
  • Work, facilitate, and communicate effectively face-to-face and remotely with team members from various departments in the company, which may range from Vancouver, Canada to London, UK to Hong Kong time zones.

The Coordinator, Business Development role is a part of Appnovation Technologies Co-op Program. This position is open to students who are registered in a Canadian University or College program, have completed a minimum of one year of their degree or diploma, and are returning to full-time study upon the completion of their work term.
