  • Manage the contract workflow and procedures to ensure all contracts are approved, signed and filed
  • Reach out to new companies and contribute to our growing list of vendors
  • Liaise with other department and teams on a daily basis to promote V&C processes
  • Handle V&C data and improve current processes for data entry and management
  • Assist with risk assessment and monitoring issues in any V&C processes or procedures
  • Contribute and participate to the measurement of quality and performance and the related management reporting for Vendor and Contract Management such as but not limited to project documentation.
  • Support the V&C team in other activities and projects as needed
  • Foster ongoing improvement of Vendor and Contract Management execution methods and tools; understand internal and external factors including use of the methods and tools; proactively identify opportunities to improve methods and tools.
  • Assist with vendor inquiries and troubleshooting
  • In support of the V&C team, match contractors with projects as per business requirements provided by the Professional Services team in a timely and efficient manner
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Management Information Systems or related field (or a combination with equivalent work experience)
  • 1-3 or more years of experience in a Vendor and Contract Management capacity
  • Proven ability to maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-site organization
  • Able to autonomously produce complex reports
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Results oriented and possess excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skill
  • Professional dedicated and detail oriented.
  • Exposure to open source technologies, building websites and cross-platform mobile apps, or the development industry is an asset
