As the Vice President of SFDC Services, you will be responsible for defining and executing Appnovation’s North America SFDC strategy for our professional services business. Reporting to the General Manager of Americas and working closely with the executive and global leadership team, this position is pivotal in defining and building our cloud services and aligning it with Salesforce.com. 
This is a transformational leadership role, with the opportunity for you to define and execute new business models, to address the growing market demand for applications within the SFDC ecosystem, as well as delivering on Appnovation’s digital services strategy.
  • Own and grow the Appnovation SFDC practice
  • Support the sales and pre-sales initiatives and contribute to the overall delivery performance across the SFDC North America practice.
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of SFDC solutions, general product/service strategy, roadmap, and adjacent sales pipeline to identify opportunities where Appnovation can bring significant business value to new and existing customers.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling SFDC services proposals .
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase solution sales of Appnovation SFDC services.
  • Through own personal network, identify customer opportunities and conduct discovery exercises.
  • Participate in new business development opportunities and industry conferences.
  • Facilitate client relationships and new customer engagement through the sales and commercialization of cloud services.
  • Define target market segments, geographies and core applications that are moving to SFDC and support the channel partners to drive orders and revenue targets.
  • Support the marketing organization with SFDC used cases, customer success stories, operational intelligence (e.g. performances statistics) and demonstration environments.
  • Work with other members of the Professional Services management team, actively mentor and coach team members to ensure high level of employee satisfaction, engagement and productivity related to cloud services.
  • Provide critical leadership to prioritize roadmap impact of scope changes, quality, and ensure the efficient and optimum use of resources in the delivery of cloud services. 

  • Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience in a leadership role with 5+ years experience in "SFDC”.
  • Deep understanding and experience of SFDC ecosystem.
  • Strong motivational and team building skills.
  • Highly motivated individual thriving on accepting new challenges while working under minimal supervision.
  • Client facing experience and experience partnering with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of client business requirements, and ability to present them in a form, which is comprehensible to business users and IT professionals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to clearly communicate actions to deliver against the SFDC strategy.
  • Capability in providing leadership in a strong collaborative environment and leading the implementation of effective change management in a complex global organisation is preferred.
  • Travel to client sites and sales prospects as required.
